Will I need a patch test?
Please could you call to book your patch test or alternatively book online.
Will I need to complete a consultation form?
Yes, you will need to complete a new digital consultation form each time you attend the salon.
What if I'm pregnant?
Certain treatments cannot be carried out on pregnant ladies such as non-surgical procedures, certain facials and specific massages so it’s best for you to call us to book your treatments and we can discuss what is safe for you. Other treatments are available to you, as long as you have confirmation from your medical professional.
You need to be at least 12 weeks pregnant to have a facial or pregnancy massage. For any pregnancy massage you will need to give us a letter from your midwife/doctor confirming that it is safe for you to receive these beauty treatments. We have a suggested letter that you are welcome to download, appropriately amend and print to ask your medical professional to sign. We recommend that you get this well in advance, as our 24 cancellation policy applies to all bookings. Under no circumstances are we allowed to carry out any massage treatments without this letter of consent, feel free to talk to us first so we can give you the best salon experience.
I have an illness/medical condition, will this affect my treatment?
Certain medical conditions and pregnancy may be contraindicated to a range of treatments. If you have an existing medical condition, please do not book online, speak directly to us to determine if you can book the treatment. Failure to confirm that the treatment required can be carried out with an existing medical condition may result in your appointment being cancelled and your deposit retained.
We have prepared some suggested letter wording for you to amend and ask your doctor to sign, confirming their agreement that you may receive specific treatments.
What aftercare do I need?

Can I bring a child to my appointment?
Due to insurance reasons we are unable to accommodate any child under the age of 16. Due to the nature of the salon and other clients we would please ask you to refrain from bringing any children under the age of 16 in to the salon.
What if I’m running late?
Out of consideration for other clients, if you are running more than 10 minutes late for an appointment we will have to reschedule your appointment or your appointment time reduced but will still be charged at the full appointment time. If any appointment need to be rescheduled this will incur a collection fee.
Do I need to pay a deposit?
All treatments will require a 50% deposit with the exception of Christmas week which will require 100% deposit, those who have had 3 or more cancellations will be required to pay a 100% deposit at the time of booking. Please note appointment cannot be help without a deposit.
We operate a 24 hour notice reschedule/cancellation policy. If you are unable to attend your appointment and fail to give the correct notice period you will be charged 100% of the deposit for the treatment.

What happens if I need to cancel?
We operate a 24 hour notice reschedule/cancellation policy. If you are unable to attend your appointment or wish to reschedule, you must contact the Indulgence salon directly by phone or by email at least 24 hours prior to your appointment time. Contact: Phone 0208 304 7220 or Email info@indulgencebeauty.com. If you fail to give 24 hours’ cancellation notice you will be charged 100% of the treatment cost.
I bought a course of treatments, is there an expiry date for the course?
All treatment courses are valid for two years from date of purchase and any courses which have not been used within two years will be void. All courses must be paid in full at time of booking and completed within 24 months and are non-refundable. Missed appointments will result in treatments being deducted from your course.
Do Indulgence gift vouchers expire?
Gift Vouchers must be redeemed within 12 months of the date of issue. Failure to do so will render the gift voucher invalid. Gift vouchers are non-refundable.
What can I do if I’m not happy?
Here at Indulgence Beauty Salon we strive to offer the best treatments possible however if you are not happy with the outcome of your treatments or services please contact the salon within 24 hours of your treatment for the salon to be able to assist any of your concerns. If the salon is closed please leave a message or email us and we will contact you as soon as possible.
What is your returns policy?
Products must be returned unused, unopened with their seal intact and in the same condition as they were originally purchased from Indulgence Beauty Salon. We will not be able to exchange or refund any item which has been used or is not in the exact condition in which it was purchased from us. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Do you offer a rewards scheme?
Our loyalty point scheme allows you to collect loyalty points each time you have a treatment or purchase a product at Indulgence Beauty Salon. For every £1 you spend you spend you will collect 1 point, which can be used against selected treatments. Terms and conditions apply. For more information, please speak to us in the salon.
For any lost or damaged treat cards these can be replaced for £1.
Treat card treatments must be booked with a paying treatment and can only be used Monday -Friday between 10am – 5pm, therapists for these services cannot be requested. These services cannot be booked during December, subject to availability.
